Erica was born and raised in Long Beach, CA. Her passion for massage therapy began during her time at UCLA where she played water polo. Thanks to the elite athletic trainers and physical therapists on staff, she experienced the benefits and learned the importance of bodywork first-hand. Soft tissue and physical therapy treatments played a vital role in the recovery process for both her body and mind.

After graduating from UCLA in 2015, she attended the National Holistic Institute and completed her massage therapy certification. Her experience working with chiropractors, athletic trainers, and athletes alike, fueled her motivation to keep learning and growing her skill set in order to provide the best care to her patients.
