Dr. Nicholas Bowden is a Chapman University graduate specializing in sports rehabilitation and performance optimization.
Physical therapy is his life’s work and he is deeply passionate about helping you achieve your movement goals.
Prior to physical therapy, Dr. Nicholas spent 5 years as a yoga teacher in Orange County, teaching students how to move through advanced yoga postures and meditative practices, and now combines his training from school and experience in yoga to provide a hybrid of healing. Dr. B. went to San Francisco State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in business with an emphasis in marketing, and worked for WIRED magazine as a marketing associate and writer, covering the local music scene in San Francisco.
Dr. B also holds advanced certifications in spinal manipulation and is a level 3 certified sommelier through the WSET.

Dr. B continues to be passionate about viticulture and aspires to one day own a vineyard and make his own wine when he is not rehabbing athletes in the clinic.
