Dr. Chad Beauchamp DPT is both a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Board-Certified Sports Specialist. Dr. Beauchamp DPT graduated with honors from both his undergraduate and graduate studies at Central Michigan University and the University of Southern California. He is the sole owner and founder of REPAIR SI, Physical Therapy Physical Therapy, established in 2015.

In addition to consistently trying to improve the overall standard of practice at REPAIR SI Physical Therapy and in the profession, Beauchamp travels both domestically and internationally with the US Olympic Beach Volleyball Team. He participates in NFL combine training, NFL, UFC, MLB, NBA, and NHL off-season training. He also provides PGA concierge treatment and injury prevention, while also being on the field, providing medical coverage for some of the nation’s best local high school sports.

Dr. Beauchamp continues his passion and education by studying ancient cultures and native medical practices around the world to combine both Eastern and Western medicine. Chad’s passion is maintained by taking care of the entire individual on their life’s path, versus solely treating the specific injury.
